Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision, and personnel management.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from startup to close-out.
- Develop strategies for personnel development and recruiting.
- Oversee and manage contractual issues.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Accurately forecast costs for job completion.
- Lead and develop the project team, including final decisions on problem resolution.
- Implement and enforce Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
- Identify and communicate issues to the Program Manager for project success.
- Review and approve preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete analyses.
- Ensure construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed.
- Coordinate with the Safety Manager to ensure project safety goals are met.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in managing construction teams.
