Technical Recruiter (Intermediate Level)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for a variety of IT and technical roles. This position will partner closely with hiring managers and technical teams to deliver high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. The role also provides opportunities to support broader recruiting initiatives as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and related functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align on timelines.
- Lead intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and candidate closing.
- Utilize Workday (ATS) to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and recruiting metrics.
- Conduct effective technical and behavioral screens to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate outreach.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Support select non-technical searches and broader talent initiatives as needed, including campus recruiting and internship programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, compliance, and reporting throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Work Arrangement
On-site presence 2–3 days per week, with additional in-office days as needed for meetings or coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for technical or IT recruiting.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of technical roles and skill sets (software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity).
- Strong sourcing capabilities using advanced search techniques and direct outreach.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in enterprise or highly technical environments.
- Familiarity with campus recruiting, early career programs, or internship pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage recruiting data for continuous improvement.
