Join us as a Senior Insurance Analyst Claims Insights and support CSAA IG in achieving business goals.

Your Role

In this role, you will perform advanced analysis, lead complex projects and provide mentoring to junior analysts. You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, researching claims data and communicating key findings to senior management.

Your Work

  • Perform research, forecasting, and modeling using Claims and other data.
  • Review and interpret reporting to identify trends and improve efficiency.
  • Lead complex analysis projects to determine the root cause of trends.
  • Monitor internal claims loss data and incorporate industry trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Claims, Product, Actuarial, Finance, and Technology teams.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship and training to junior analysts.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of directly related experience.
  • Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in data science and coding (Snowflake, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and others like SAS, PowerBI, Python).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint.
  • Strong multi-tasking, time management and presentation skills.
