What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives to meet performance metrics
- Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff with strict adherence protocols
- Develop and implement action plans to address performance deficiencies
- Communicate with staff, management, and clients to resolve issues
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4-7 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable management
- Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
