Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for driving academies and schools to promote Swift Transportation as the employer of choice for students.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school owners, instructors, and leaders.

- Conduct initial on-site interviews with students and assess their potential for success at Swift.

- Travel 100% within an assigned region to support recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in recruiting and/or outside sales required.
- Knowledge of the transportation industry is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Associate's degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
