The Role

An extraordinary executive assistant is needed for high-level support. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, perseverance and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Act as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders ensuring clear communication.
  • Manage special projects that may touch marketing, ops, product, or team initiatives.
  • Assist with internal communications and organizing team touchpoints.
  • Anticipate needs and keep the client’s time focused on priorities.
  • Support the lean, fast-moving team by jumping in where needed.

Qualifications

Must-haves: Experience in a startup or fast-paced team, in-depth knowledge of New York City, experience supporting an executive or leadership team, and familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Navan, etc.

Additional Details

This role is 25 hrs/week between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm US Eastern Time, with potential to support additional clients up to 40 hrs/week. Hourly compensation is $27-30/hr based on experience. Applicants must provide their own mobile device and computer (not a Chromebook or tablet) to support client platforms.
