About the Role
Stride-up is seeking a passionate and experienced Paid Media Team Leader to drive the growth of one of our Paid Media teams. As a Team Leader, you will ensure daily quality, mentor your team's experts, secure performance across all Paid channels, and elevate the overall expertise of the department. You will act as a bridge between the Head of's vision and the Account Managers' execution, meticulously managing your scope to deliver concrete and sustainable results for client growth.Key Responsibilities
- Management & Coaching: Foster the daily progression of your team. Monitor skill development, conduct regular check-ins, and ensure the well-being and professional growth of your Account Managers.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee the success of your team's media strategies. Supervise account structures, approve budget decisions, and provide technical support to help the team achieve its performance objectives.
- Organization & Methodology: Contribute to improving the department's work methods. Optimize processes (reporting, audits, tracking), share best practices, and ensure the team is proficient with platform tools and features.
- Quality & Follow-up: Rigorously manage your team's activities. Ensure the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and proper application of Stride-up methods for each account.
- Expertise: Depending on needs, manage your own accounts or partner with junior profiles on field or technical challenges.
- AI & Productivity: Promote the use of AI and automation (scripts, creative tools) to simplify daily tasks, allowing the team to focus on analysis and consulting.
What We're Looking For
Stride-up values personality and potential. We're interested in profiles with:- 3 to 6 years of experience in Paid Media, ideally within an agency, with a perfect understanding of management and analysis tools.
- A passion for mentoring and developing others, with strong listening, encouragement, and motivational skills.
- Rigorousness and the ability to organize workloads, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure to ensure daily quality.
- A performance-oriented mindset and the ability to instill this demand in your team to help clients achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of reassuring ambitious advertisers and fostering a positive team dynamic.
- A strong belief in AI as the future of Paid Media and the ability to integrate it to boost collective performance.

- Usecase: Complete a take-home assignment and present it to Sophian (CEO) and Aurore (COO) to assess your current skill level.
- Final Interview: On-site with the founders to share Stride-Up's vision and assess your fit for the adventure.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: A global package (fixed + uncapped variable) ranging from €51,000 to €59,000 gross annually, based on experience and technical proficiency.
- RTT: 5 additional days of RTT, increasing to 6 after 2 years.
- Commute: 100% coverage of transport costs.
- Allowance: A versatile fund for personal and professional needs (rent, insurance, cultural activities, etc.).
- Remote Work: 2 days of remote work per week, with an extended 8 weeks of remote work during summer and winter breaks, increasing to 12 weeks after 2 years.
