About the Role
Staples is transforming how businesses buy, sell, and operate—and our third‑party marketplace is a critical growth engine in that journey. This role sits at the center of that transformation, owning the end‑to‑end marketplace order experience across major platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the end‑to‑end order lifecycle across third‑party marketplaces, from order ingestion and validation through fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, and post‑purchase resolution.
- Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for marketplace order lifecycle capabilities aligned with company growth objectives.
- Partner closely with engineering and development teams to streamline order orchestration, reduce manual touchpoints, and scale marketplace integrations.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including order throughput, defect rates, cancellations, on‑time fulfillment, and customer experience scores.
- Leverage data, experimentation, and platform insights to continuously improve order accuracy, speed, and conversion.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, customer service, UX/UI, finance, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Stay current on evolving marketplace policies, APIs, and seller performance requirements.
- Support product launches and marketplace expansions, ensuring readiness across systems, workflows, and stakeholder teams.

- Hands‑on experience supporting third‑party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and reporting tools to drive product decisions.
- Familiarity with order management systems (OMS), marketplace APIs, and system integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience delivering order lifecycle or OMS capabilities at scale across multiple channels.
- Background in B2B or B2C eCommerce with exposure to complex fulfillment models.
