As an emerging practice, the firm has recently landed several large scale cutting edge projects, but remains a dynamic, agile business entering its next phase of growth. Industry agnostic, they specialize in helping businesses streamline workflows and unlock efficiency with cutting-edge tech.
Role And Responsibilities
- Lead Appian projects to design and automate business processes for clients.
- Use process mining to analyze workflows and spot improvements (Appian preferred, but others considered, e.g., with tools like Celonis or UiPath).
- Guide a small team of developers and analysts, keeping projects on track.
- Talk to clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that win.
- Shape our consultancy’s Appian and process mining playbook as the business grows.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Appian experience (certifications a bonus).
- Knowledge of process mining (experience with Appian, Celonis, UiPath, or similar is a plus).
- Proven skills in leading teams and managing projects.
- Strong communication—able to explain tech to non-tech folks.
- Bonus: Background in tech consulting or automation.
