Your Missions
You will join our team as a Senior Application Engineer to drive pre-sales and growth campaigns for Tessent Silicon Lifecycle solutions with our strategic and potential clients. You will build strong relationships with key accounts, supporting them in the adoption and deployment of our Tessent product lines. You will work closely with account managers to drive sales of all products, presenting in-depth technical aspects to technical leads and senior engineers at our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the company's growth while increasing customer satisfaction and productivity, both on-site and remotely!
This permanent position is based at our Grenoble (69) site and is available as soon as possible. Status: Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with account managers to drive sales of all products and support customer evaluations.
- Present, explain, and discuss in-depth technical aspects of Tessent products with senior technical leads and engineers within client organizations.
- Provide compelling technical presentations on product features and flows, tailored to client needs.
- Support customer adoption of advanced features and provide design methodology guidance.
- Lead pre-sales activities and growth campaigns for Tessent Silicon Lifecycle solutions.
- Communicate technical requirements and customer feedback to product marketing teams.
Qualifications for Success:
- Extensive technical experience with large digital IC designs and a proven track record working with leading IC clients.
- Solid knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Design for Test (DFT) methodologies.
- Minimum university degree at B.Sc. level or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior technical audiences.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
The gross annual total compensation range for this position is between EUR 123,300 and EUR 246,600, with approximately 20% corresponding to an annual variable compensation target.
