About the role
Total Battle has 10 million monthly players and one goal: become the #1 strategy game in the world. You'll own how creators and players help us get there.
Right now our creator side is unstructured — no formal program, some creators drift toward gray-market and rule-breaking content, and our YouTube comments (where players form their first impression of the game) get only irregular attention. That's not a gap we want to patch — it's a system we want you to build.
Your mission: turn applicants into a reliable creator pipeline, turn YouTube comments into a brand-advocacy engine, and turn community signals into content that keeps players engaged, loyal, and vocal — making our audience a growth asset, not just a number.
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus, focused on the 4X strategy genre with an ambitious goal: grow its hit game, Total Battle, into the No.1 strategy game in the world. Our team is 200+ passionate, self-driven professionals who love making high-quality games. Our product, Total Battle, is a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction — develop your city, forge alliances, fight monsters, and conquer other players. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of community management, creator relations, and content operations.
Why this role is worth your time
You build it, you own it. No ready-made processes here — you'll design the creator program end-to-end (scouting, onboarding, tiers, briefs, reviews, offboarding), and it'll be your system.
Real stakes, not busywork. You'll turn unaware creators into conscious allies, protect the brand from fake growth and toxic content, and respond where public perception is actually formed.
Operations + analytics, not just chatting with creators. You'll run quarterly reviews on referral registrations, retention, engagement, and sentiment — and make real continue/end calls on data.
You strengthen a team, not fly solo. You'll work side by side with our content team, sharpen the channel strategy with community insight, and be the second specialist who gives the team room to breathe.
What you'll do
Build and run the creator program: Develop and manage Total Battle's creator / partnership program end-to-end.
Scout and onboard creators: Find, evaluate, and onboard English-speaking creators against clear criteria.
Manage partners across tiers: Guide creators through the program tiers and make sure agreed deliverables and contractual commitments are met.
Keep creators briefed: Prepare and send creator briefs for new events, updates, and features, keeping deadlines, embargoes, and key messaging on track.
Coordinate partner perks: Manage referral links, early news access, interviews, reposts, cross-promo, playtests, and other tier-based benefits.
Run quarterly reviews: Track referral registrations, retention, engagement rate, and audience sentiment, and make data-driven decisions on warning, continuing, or ending partnerships.
Protect the brand: Keep the creator space clean — catch fake growth, toxic content, and rule-breaking before it becomes a problem.
Engage the community daily: Work with YouTube comments every day — reply to players, keep the conversation constructive, surface useful questions, and gather feedback.
Spot UGC opportunities: Identify strong community moments in the comments and ideas for new videos and posts.
Share audience insights: Deliver regular summaries to the team — what's resonating, what's raising questions, which topics are growing, and where risk is building.
Strengthen the channel: Partner closely with the content team to sharpen our video and channel strategy through community insights and the creator ecosystem.
What you have
Relevant background: Experience in community management, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or social media management within gaming.
YouTube fluency: Hands-on experience with YouTube as a platform — comments, community tab, and creator workflows — and a clear sense of what a healthy, active community looks like.
End-to-end creator management: Proven ability to manage creators from outreach and onboarding through relationship management, performance review, and continuation decisions.
Strong communication in English: Excellent written and spoken English for communicating with creators and players.
Sharp, on-brand writing: A talent for writing clearly, concisely, and in brand voice — briefs, emails, creator messages, and player-facing replies.
Analytical mindset: You look beyond views to audience quality — engagement rate, sentiment, retention, and creator fit.
Organized under load: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to keep multiple parallel workflows (creators, briefs, comments, reviews) moving without dropping the ball.
Calm with communities: A constructive communication style and the confidence to work with player communities without escalating conflict.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with creator / ambassador programs in gaming.
Understanding of midcore / strategy / live-ops products.
Experience with Discord, creator databases, referral tracking, and basic performance reporting.
Experience turning user feedback into content ideas, recurring formats, and community initiatives.
