DevOps Engineer

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support the development and maintenance of deployment platforms and infrastructure in an Infrastructure as Code model. Someone who understands that in banking, security, repeatability, change control, and system resilience are paramount.

Your Mission

• Shorten deployment times while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Increase the resilience of critical systems.
• Further automate infrastructure.
• Support development teams in DevOps and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Building and developing CI/CD pipelines (considering audit requirements).
• Automating deployment processes in on-prem and/or cloud environments.
• Designing infrastructure using the Infrastructure as Code model.
• Collaborating with security and architecture teams.
• Participating in incident analysis and actions to enhance system resilience.
• Documenting changes according to regulated environment requirements.

What We Expect

• Very good knowledge of container environments (OpenShift / Kubernetes / Docker).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Octopus).
• Knowledge of monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and basic observability.
• Knowledge of Linux systems (Windows Server a plus).
• Scripting skills (Bash / PowerShell / Python).
• Understanding of security principles (IAM, RBAC, secrets management).
• Experience in a regulated environment (banking / insurance / fintech – a plus).
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Native Polish language proficiency.
