About SANO

SANO is rethinking occupational health to provide a demanding and useful service to all our members. As the first new approved SPSTI in Ile-de-France in over 30 years, our service is modernizing the sector by focusing on medical quality, operational efficiency, and service excellence to meet the contemporary challenges of businesses. Our prevention project is structured around 4 key areas:
  • Mental Health: A national emergency and often a priority for employers, we deploy all tools to help you approach the subject as a team.
  • Women's Health: Specific support for female employees - postpartum, women's health, endometriosis, etc. so these topics are no longer taboo in the workplace.
  • Musculoskeletal Disorders: Work on postures and prevention of traumatic risks, we help our members implement dedicated measures.
  • Public Health: Addictions, screenings, health check-ups, etc.
As part of our development, we are currently recruiting an Ergonomist (part-time, 50%) to strengthen our multidisciplinary team and contribute to SANO's growth project.

MISSIONS

Under the responsibility of the occupational physician, you will actively contribute to the prevention of professional risks and the maintenance in employment of our members. Your main missions will be:
  • Ergonomic Studies: Conducting comprehensive analyses based on a global and participatory approach to work situations.
  • Consulting and Support: Intervention in the design and development of workstations (individual or collective) and in employment maintenance initiatives.
  • Diagnosis: Evaluating requests and work situations, developing relevant diagnoses, and proposing personalized solutions adapted to each context.
  • Communication: Transmitting results and writing intervention reports for occupational physicians.
  • Awareness: Organizing information and prevention activities on occupational risks for members.
  • Professional Watch: Monitoring scientific, technical, and regulatory developments in the field of ergonomics.

PROFILE SOUGHT

Ideal Training: Master's degree in Ergonomics, ideally accompanied by a degree in Occupational Psychology. Experience: Significant experience with individuals with disabilities and/or in a professional environment. Analytical and Synthesis Skills: Ability to identify specific constraints of work environments and formulate clear recommendations. Proactive, rigorous, autonomous, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Team Spirit: Affinity for working in a multidisciplinary team (occupational physicians, nurses, social workers, occupational health assistants...). Desire to contribute to co-building an innovative service to reinvent tomorrow's Prevention.
