As part of the development of its Consulting activity, RSM is looking for a Consultant Manager for its Lyon office, for a permanent contract, to start from June 2026.
Missions
Reporting to the Director of the Risk & Performance Consulting team, you will contribute to the development of the activity by participating in business development (structuring the IT Risk Advisory offering, qualifying contacts, sector-specific approaches, tenders, etc.), contributing to content creation and visibility actions, developing synergies with other activities of the firm, managing projects, supervising teams, and managing client relationships in the field. You will work in various sectors: banking, insurance, real estate, services, industries, etc. Thus, you will be involved with IT, operational, and financial management and primarily on the following missions:
- Organizational audit of the IT function
- Review of computerized processes as part of statutory audit missions
- Audit of IT access and authorization management
- Application and configuration audit
- IT project audit
- Regulatory compliance audit
- IT certifications
- Data analysis
- Etc.
As part of your projects, you will be required to use accounting, tax, financial, and regulatory skills, as well as organizational and project management skills.

Profile:
With a higher education degree (Bac+5) with a dual specialization in Management and Information Systems (MIAGE, Business School, Engineering School), you have significant experience, a minimum of 8 years, acquired in an audit, consulting firm, or a large company (Audit and Internal Control, IT department…). A CISA or CISRC certification is a plus. You wish to invest in specific high-value-added missions. You are ready to adapt both sectorally and geographically to the diversity of our clients. Rigorous, curious, and autonomous, with a solid technical background, you know how to establish lasting relationships of trust with your clients and your teams. Your entrepreneurial and commercial spirit, as well as your ability to convince, will allow you to quickly acquire skills and responsibilities within our organization. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
