Advance Practice Registered Nurse - Lynnfield Outpatient
Riverside Community Care is seeking an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) for their Lynnfield Outpatient Behavioral Health Services.
About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN), you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary outpatient team. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and support staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and contribute to the advancement of community mental health services. This role requires PMHNP Licensure.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct psychiatric care, including comprehensive clinical evaluations and medication management for your caseload.
- Serve as a trusted consultant, offering coverage and expert advice to colleagues, individuals, and families.
- Act as a medical liaison, partnering with staff, family members, and community programs under the guidance of the Regional Medical Director.
- Adapt to and innovate within a dynamic set of medical responsibilities that vary by program and population.
Compensation
Child & Adult APRN: $79.56/hour
Adult-Only APRN: $77.44/hour
These rates are highly competitive within the Massachusetts market and are supplemented by additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Schedule
Part-Time, 20 hours per week. This position offers a flexible schedule, with 2 days in the office and 1 day remote. The remaining 2 days will accommodate after-school/work availability for appointments.
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Licensure: Master’s in Nursing with Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
- Experience: Prior experience working with youth and at least one year in a psychiatric clinical setting, with a preference for experience managing complex populations.
- Credentials: Active DEA license and all necessary qualifications to maintain an active nursing license, adhering to continuing education and ethical standards.
