Werkstudent E-Commerce Administration
We are the Renault Retail Group Deutschland. As part of the internationally active Renault Group, we are represented by around 730 employees at 13 locations in the major cities of Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Cologne, and Hamburg. Our core business is the sale of our vehicles of the Renault, Dacia, and Alpine brands. We also handle all after-sales service. Our goal is to bring our vehicles and our service closer to our customers in a professional and pleasant atmosphere. To achieve this, we rely every day on the work of our dedicated employees.
Tasks
- Support the E-Commerce team with administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update vehicle advertisements on various online platforms.
- Check and optimize pricing in cooperation with the team.
- Create reports and analyses on the performance of our online activities.
- Support the development of e-commerce strategies and online marketing measures.
- Analyze customer data and derive recommendations for action to improve our online offering.
- Take over smaller projects in the e-commerce sector.
- General administrative activities.
Profile
- You are an enrolled student in business administration, communication studies, or a comparable degree program.
- You have an affinity for the automotive trade and an interest in e-commerce topics.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- You work independently, reliably, and are a team player.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in e-commerce or online marketing.
