About the role

Sensory Integration Qualified Occupational Therapist

Location: West Suffolk
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent or Locum
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (flexible options available)

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist with Sensory Integration (SI) qualifications to join our new clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, child-focused environment and deliver specialist therapy services to children with a range of needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sensory integration assessments and interventions for children with autism, ADHD, developmental delay, and other conditions.
  • Deliver therapy sessions in a clinic-based setting, ensuring a child-centered approach.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support functional development and participation.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration and relevant OT qualifications.
  • Sensory Integration training (minimum Module 1) – essential.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Experience working with children with complex needs.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
