About the role

Senior Occupational Therapist – Neurological Complex Care
Location: Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team providing care for individuals with neurological conditions. This role focuses on rehabilitation, condition management, and supporting patients to maximise independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualised intervention plans for patients with neurological conditions

  • Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team to set realistic goals and monitor progress

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote functional recovery and independence

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care reviews and service development

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist

  • Experience in neurological rehabilitation and complex care

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills
