About the role
Job Title: Sonographer (Obs, General, Gynaecology, Small Parts; MSK/Vascular Desirable)
Location: North Lincolnshire
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (hours flexible depending on service needs)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sonographer to join a well-regarded NHS service in North Lincolnshire. The role offers a varied caseload including obstetrics, general, gynaecology, and small parts scanning, with additional MSK and vascular experience desirable. You will work as part of a supportive imaging team delivering high-quality diagnostic services and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations, including obstetrics, general, gynaecology, and small parts.

MSK and vascular scanning experience is advantageous.

Accurately report findings and make appropriate referrals when necessary.

Contribute to the delivery of a professional and efficient ultrasound service.

Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout all examinations.
Requirements:

HCPC registration.

Minimum of 6 months’ NHS experience (applications without this will be automatically rejected).

Proven competency in multiple ultrasound areas including Obs, General, Gynae, and Small Parts.

Additional MSK and vascular experience desirable.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong communication and patient-care skills.
