About the role
Job Title: MRI Radiographer
Banding: Band 7
Location: Lanarkshire, Scotland
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: £31-£32 per hour
Working Hours: 0800-1800 Monday to Thursday OR 0800-2000 Saturdays/Sundays
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 7 MRI Radiographer to join our esteemed client in Lanarkshire. This role requires working in a dynamic and patient-focused environment, where you will be responsible for the needs of all patients attending the service. Your expertise in MRI will be crucial in ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a wide range of MRI scans, maintaining and calibrating MRI equipment, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations. You will analyse and interpret complex scan results with a high degree of accuracy, maintain meticulous records and documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- HCPC registration.
- Extensive experience in MRI radiography and Philips scanners
- The post holder will be an experienced and skilled Radiographer who will use their clinical knowledge and experience to inform the optimal delivery of the service.
- The post holder will be dynamic, innovative, forward-thinking, and will contribute to service development.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
