Job Title: Acute Physiotherapist
Banding: Band 6 
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Start: ASAP  
Duration: ongoing 
Rate: £23 - £25 per hour  
Working hours: Full time, 08:30am – 16:30pm

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our  client's team in Worthing, West Sussex. This role is vital in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our client's patients, particularly in the areas of acute medicine, acute admissions, and respiratory care. If you are passionate about patient care and have a strong background in these areas, we would love to hear from you.

What will your responsibilities be:

 As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of acute medical and respiratory conditions. You will develop and implement personalised treatment plans, using evidence-based practices to ensure the best outcomes for our client's patients. Your role will also involve educating patients on self-management techniques, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with patients to understand their needs and address any concerns they may have.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • HCPC registration
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in acute medicine and respiratory care
  • Proficiency in manual therapy and respiratory physiotherapy techniques
  • Strong understanding of acute medical conditions and treatment modalities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
