The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality Speech and Language Therapy services within an acute hospital environment. • Manage a varied caseload of adult acute patients, including those with complex needs.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual patient goals.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support safe and effective patient care.
• Assess and manage dysphagia, including tracheostomy patients where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
• Support discharge planning and contribute to patient-centred care pathways.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
• HCPC registration and eligibility for membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
