Job Overview

The Manager Agile Program Management position at Publicis Sapient is responsible for overseeing the delivery, people management, and financial aspects of software services projects. In this role, you will work with mid-sized, globally distributed teams and collaborate with Agile leads, clients, and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass process deployment, ceremonies execution, and continuous improvement of delivery engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project and program delivery for software services
• Manage people including track leads, scrum masters, and product owners
• Partner with Agile leads, clients, and stakeholders for best practice adoption
• Oversee financial management, risk mitigation, and compliance activities
• Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence

Qualifications

Over 3 years of proven lead project management experience in full lifecycle delivery for mid-sized projects, with direct client-facing roles in consulting or services. Experience using multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) along with strong commercial acumen in pricing models, budgeting, and P&L management is required.
