The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the development and execution of initiatives that foster an inclusive, equitable, and engaged workplace. This position partners with DEI leadership, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and cross-functional teams to coordinate programs, training, events, and engagement activities that advance organizational DEI priorities.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating positive employee experiences and ensuring DEI initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently, and with measurable impact.
