Role Description
As the Brand Marketing Manager at Phantom, you will shape how the world experiences our brand. You will drive awareness, credibility, and emotional connections through high-impact campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce culturally resonant brand activations and strategic initiatives across various marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Define and guide Phantom's brand strategy and narrative.
- Develop and execute world-class brand campaigns.
- Create compelling creative briefs and high-impact storytelling.
- Manage external agencies for brand activations.
- Analyze trends to identify authentic engagement opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Leverage data to optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in brand marketing or related fields within fintech, crypto, or consumer tech. Proven track record in launching effective campaigns, deep understanding of cultural trends, and strong communication skills are essential. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external agencies is required. A passion for crypto or willingness to immerse in web3 and decentralized finance is vital.
