About the Role

In the role of Senior Principal Applied Scientist - OCI GEN AI ChatBot, you will work with applied scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable AI models and Analytics solutions that solve real-world enterprise problems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on conversational and agentic AI systems.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of scientists and engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI and analytics solutions.
- Identify and innovate new opportunities in conversational AI.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should have a PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Linguistics, or related fields with significant research in Machine Learning or Deep Learning and 10+ years of relevant experience (or 12+ years for a Master's degree). A strong publication record, deep learning, NLP, and agentic AI expertise, along with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, are required.
