Major Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multiple contacts at major OEM accounts within the area of responsibility.
- Develop new OEM customer bearing specifications to ensure NTN is the preferred supplier.
- Drive new and ongoing development projects that lead to profitable growth.
- Understand business drivers and accurately forecast order levels.
- Meet or exceed business target plans.
- Communicate effectively, both internally and externally.
Skills and Requirements
- BSME or a similar 4-year technical undergraduate degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial sales to OEMs.
- Proven success within the OEM industry.
- Ability to contribute to the sales team immediately.
- Self-starter, able to learn quickly.
- Ability to work from a home office.
