Tendering Specialist - Temporary Project

Noga - Israel Independent System Operator is seeking a Tendering Specialist for a temporary one-year project.

Job Description:

• Lead the tendering process from initial requirement analysis, through drafting and publication of tender documents, to proposal receipt, evaluation, and recommendation to the Tender Committee for selecting a winning supplier.
• Conduct economic comparisons.
• Negotiate with suppliers.
• Prepare minutes, presentations, and reports for the Tender Committee.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Law from a recognized higher education institution in Israel.
• Familiarity with the Compulsory Tendering Law and Regulations is an advantage.
• At least one year of experience in handling tenders, competitions, RFQs, commercial agreements, and supplier contracts.
• Negotiation skills.
• High proficiency, written and verbal, in Hebrew and English.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Accuracy, thoroughness, attention to detail, reliability, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
