About the Role - Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery from development to production. This role emphasizes improving Developer Experience, GitOps adoption, and software delivery efficiency while ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CI/CD strategy with automation, scalability, and best practices.
  • Optimize Developer Experience by streamlining workflows and release cycle times.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
  • Champion GitOps practices for deployment, release governance, and environment consistency.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Manage cloud and container platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP, using Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting systems with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
  • Embed security and DevSecOps practices into pipelines.
  • Collaborate cross-team to align on CI/CD standards and share best practices.
  • Mentor peers and stakeholders on DevEx, CI/CD, and GitOps adoption.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in GitOps workflows and modern deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, progressive delivery).
  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) and cloud-native architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
  • Experience in integrating DevSecOps into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong collaboration skills with developers, QA, and operations teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
