About Navero
Navero is an AI-native hiring platform used by companies in the UAE, GCC, and UK to screen, interview, and verify candidates. We’ve assessed 20,000+ candidates for clients including recruitment agencies and direct employers. We’re a small, fast team backed by angel investors, and we practise what we preach — this Founders Associate role will be screened through our own platform.
The Founders Associate Role
You’ll be the CEO’s operational right hand — but not in the traditional EA sense. Your primary job is to build and maintain the AI agent layer that automates the founder’s admin, CRM, investor communications, and coordination workflows. You’ll use Claude, Notion, and no-code tools to create systems that run themselves — and you’ll manually cover the gaps until they do.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain AI agents (Claude skills, MCP connectors, automation workflows) for CRM updates, meeting prep, investor update drafts, and follow-up sequences
- Monitor agent outputs daily — catch errors, fix failures, improve prompts, and QA every automated output before it ships
- Manually cover operational gaps: chase payments, send reminders, coordinate contractors, organise events — with the mindset of “how do I automate this next?”
- Own the CEO’s task list and accountability system. Check in daily. Track commitments. Be the discipline layer.
- Research investors, partners, and events. Build prospect lists using Clay and LinkedIn. Draft outreach for review.
- Hold contractors accountable to reporting cadences and deadlines. Flag when people are off-track.
You’re a fit if:
- You’ve already built something with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, n8n) — even if it was a side project
- You’re obsessively detail-oriented and fast. You catch what others miss.
- You’re self-managing. Nobody needs to check on you — you check on everyone else.
- You learn new tools in days, not months. Curiosity is your default setting.
- You’re hungry. You want to be inside a fast-moving startup, not watching from the outside.
- You write clearly and professionally in English.
You don’t need:
- A computer science degree or coding experience
- Prior startup experience (though it helps)
