Sales Manager in Training (MIT) - Dallas, TX
National Indoor RV Centers | NIRVC is seeking a motivated and career-driven Sales Manager in Training (MIT) to join our team at our corporate office in Dallas, Texas. This role is designed to develop future sales leaders through hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to company operations, standards, and procedures.
Training Program Overview
The selected candidate will complete an intensive training program at the Dallas corporate office, where they will gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s sales processes, operational expectations, customer service standards, and leadership practices. Upon successful completion of the training program, the candidate will be required to relocate within six (6) months to one of the company’s four additional operating locations based on business needs and leadership placement opportunities. This position is ideal for individuals seeking long-term career growth and advancement into sales management leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all assigned management training modules and leadership development programs.
- Learn and demonstrate full understanding of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Train alongside experienced sales managers and department leaders at the Dallas corporate office.
- Develop proficiency in: Sales strategy and execution, Customer relationship management, Team leadership and employee development, Performance metrics and reporting, Inventory, operations, and compliance procedures.
- Support daily sales operations and assist with achieving company revenue goals.
- Participate in coaching sessions, role-playing exercises, and leadership evaluations.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
- Demonstrate adaptability and readiness for relocation to another company location upon completion of training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent sales/leadership experience.
- 1–3 years of sales, retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to company systems and procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness and ability to relocate within six (6) months to one of the company’s other locations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Training & Relocation Requirement
This position requires the successful candidate to train full-time at the company’s corporate office in Dallas, Texas. During this period, the candidate will be expected to fully learn and uphold all company standards, procedures, and operational expectations. Upon successful completion of the training program, the candidate must be willing to relocate to one of the company’s four additional locations within six (6) months. Relocation is a mandatory condition of continued employment in this role.
