Job Description
Responsible for creating and maintaining project budget with respective cost codes. Develop and train Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers. Review all project RFI's and provide recommendations of options to the architect. Develop and maintain project schedule and lead all change requests. Proven track record of leading subcontractor project meetings. Facilitate communication and coordination of subcontractors. Support business development efforts by maintaining a positive client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure quality and drive implementation of project safety plan. Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Engineer to ensure timely project deliverables. Manage buy-out and project closeout processes.
