Job Description
The Interiors Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Leading all on-site construction activities for commercial interiors projects from mobilization through close-out.
- Managing subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and short-interval planning.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinating closely with Project Managers, clients, and design partners.
- Enforcing safety programs and maintaining a clean, compliant jobsite.
- Overseeing inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation.
- Proactively identifying and resolving field issues to maintain project momentum.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering commercial interiors construction projects.
- Background working for a General Contractor on tenant improvement, office, healthcare, or retail interiors.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
- Familiarity with construction technology such as Procore or similar field management software.
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.
- Experience delivering projects in the Central Texas market is preferred.
