Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand voice. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and analyzing campaign performance metrics to refine strategies. The role also requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance the brand's online presence and connecting with audiences through effective communication and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing.
• Strong Communication skills for effective audience engagement and teamwork.
• Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics for performance optimization.
• Familiarity with industry trends, platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies for digital marketing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
