About the role
Senior Deployment Solutions Architect, Sales
Join our sales team as a Senior Deployment Solutions Architect at Mercer. This role is to deploy various prospecting approaches across target accounts, with the goal of partnering with the Account Executive to build quality opportunities for Workday deployment sales. The key responsibility is to contact potential customers and share the Mercer value messaging while also discovering the needs of the prospect and their organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers and share Mercer value messaging.
- Discover the needs of the prospect and their organization.
- Support Account Executives through email, phone calls, presentations, social selling, and face-to-face events.
- Champion the relationship between the account and the Mercer team.
- Create project timeline, scope, and costing.
- Work with Mercer cross teams to develop and support collaborative approach solutions.
- Rationalize the approach with the client and mitigate roadblocks.
- Support all initiatives in the creation of the Statement of Work.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional or industry-specific experience within the Workday ecosystem or similar software.
- Direct experience selling Workday implementation/deployment engagements, including scoping, pricing, and contracting deployment programs.
- Business level in English (both written and verbal).
- Must live within the central region of the United States.
