Key Responsibilities
- Shape high-leverage product experiences by designing exceptional UI and UX, from concept to delivery, utilizing advanced tools to explore directions and elevate quality.
- Ensure every user experience is intuitive, effective, and delightful.
- Leverage AI tools (LLMs, Cursor, Claude Code) to clarify intent, draft specifications, identify risks, and generate interactive prototypes and production-ready frontend code.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from the initial definition of UX requirements through QA and release, making engineering-aware design decisions.
- Conduct user research, run tests, and analyze data (funnels, retention, adoption) to validate designs, adjust direction, and measure effectiveness.
- Identify high-leverage opportunities within the product backlog, align stakeholders, and deliver improvements to unlock business value.
