A rapidly scaling technology company is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to its first-time Founder. Day-to-Day
- Provide dedicated support to the Founder, managing a complex and ever-evolving calendar, scheduling priorities, and strategic time management.
- Own inbox management, helping prioritize communications, draft responses, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner by helping organize priorities, prepare for meetings, and drive accountability across key initiatives.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and briefing documents to keep the Founder informed and prepared.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and strong communication.
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items across multiple workstreams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Leverage technology, productivity tools, and AI-driven resources to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Help establish and improve operational processes as the company continues to grow and evolve.
