RAVE I, Feedback and Corrections (Road Closures)

What You'll Do

•  You will review a large amount of traffic data (road incidents: constructions, closures, etc.), feedback from customers to improve their experience;

• You will do a root-cause analysis using various data sources and tools to understand the customers’ issues;

• You will make high quality edits on OSM and other internal data sources based on guidelines

• You will provide investigations and analysis, find patterns and write reports;

• You will tightly interact with teammates, managers and engineers to improve current tools, workflows, products and services.

• Proficiency in English, ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal communication, read and write documentation. (B1 and above). Please, indicate the level of English proficiency in your CV;

• Resistant to stress in a rapidly changing situation;

• Analytical mindset and ability to identify common patterns in large volumes of information (SQL and proven analytical experience will be a great advantage);

• Ability to work from the office for the first three months during the probation period, visit the office for team sprints periodically (bimonthly).

Welcomed

• OSM data model understanding and editing experience (or other services), interest in cartography and navigation;

• Proven knowledge of SQL/Python/JS/Low Code technologies for data analysis and automations;

• Experience applying AI tools for information retrieval, process automation, or workflow optimization;

• Interest in developing their skills and expanding competencies within working domain;

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence;

• Knowledge of traffic rules or ability to learn them quickly.
