About the role
Digital Marketing Manager
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a builder mentality, ready to accelerate Om. You have a proven track record of rapidly growing channels, owning a full-funnel digital strategy, and integrating paid, organic, influencer, DTC, and Amazon into a cohesive growth plan. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Innovation, you will be our in-house digital engine, responsible for setting the strategy and managing execution end-to-end, shaping the brand's presence across platforms, communities, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a social-first brand strategy, content, and activation, owning the brand's voice and presence across all platforms.
- Provide paid media direction and execution, managing spend efficiently and optimizing relentlessly across channels.
- Build and manage a best-in-class influencer and creator ecosystem, including TikTok Shop strategy and execution.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, garnering insights to refine strategy and double down on effective tactics.
- Execute engagement and collaboration strategies to activate partnerships and community moments that build brand love.
- Align digital marketing with DTC strategy to integrate across the full direct-to-consumer funnel.
- Define social KPIs (engagement, reach, sentiment, conversion), track performance, and analyze results.
- Navigate ambiguity in evolving business objectives, new product launches, KPIs, and insights.
Requirements:
- 5-6+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong preference for brand-side experience and mandatory DTC experience.
- Wellness or CPG background is a strong plus, demonstrating understanding of the consumer and category.
- Proven ability as a channel builder with a demonstrated history of significant channel growth.
- Holistic full-funnel ownership mentality, integrating paid, organic, influencer, and DTC strategies.
- Strong strategy and execution skills, capable of both defining a brief and executing it.
- TikTok-native understanding and proven results driving performance on the platform.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities, with the capacity to prove performance-based insights.
- Highly autonomous, with the ability to build playbooks and drive initiatives independently.
