About the role
About the Role
You will own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces for enterprise customers—defining what to build, designing agent systems, and driving multi-threaded execution through to measurable outcomes.
You are equally responsible for strong product judgment and disciplined delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own problem definition: Identify and shape the highest-leverage AI opportunities across customer workflows
- Lead advanced discovery and co-design sessions: Translate ambiguity into clear solution direction and priorities
- Design agent systems: Define workflows, behaviors, and requirements, making tradeoffs across scope, feasibility, and impact
- Drive multi-threaded execution: Coordinate across engineering, customer stakeholders, and internal teams
- Manage execution systems: Own sequencing, dependencies, and risk mitigation across workstreams
- Anticipate and mitigate failure modes: Shape execution plans to prevent predictable issues before they arise
- Ensure adoption and outcomes: Drive measurable value, not just successful deployment
- Create reusable patterns: Identify recurring solutions and convert them into scalable workflows or product improvements
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (required)
- 5–8+ years of experience in product, solutions, consulting, or implementation roles
- Proven ability to lead customer-facing discovery and design engagements
- Experience translating complex workflows into structured technical solutions
- Strong ownership across both product direction and execution outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
- Strong judgment in ambiguous environments with competing constraints
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML systems, workflow automation, or agent-based products
- Prior experience in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with system design tradeoffs or technical architecture concepts
- Experience driving reusable patterns or productization from implementations
Salary for Agent Product Manager roles range from $160,000–$235,000, depending on level, experience, and location.
