About the role
Expert OPS N3 – Chain of Liaison / RUN MCO / DevOps & Automation
Our client is seeking an Expert OPS N3 – Chain of Liaison / RUN MCO / DevOps & Automation (M/F) for a long-term assignment. Within the DSI BGPN and more specifically the Supervision and Production department, the mission is to provide N3 OPS expertise on the STCA liaison chain, ensure the RUN/MCO of critical platforms, and industrialize operations through DevOps and automation practices.
Responsibilities
- Ensure N3 OPS expertise on critical multi-component environments.
- Design, maintain, and evolve industrialization chains for operations.
- Automate application deployments and recurring RUN operations.
- Implement and operate automations using Ansible and AWX.
- Perform instance deployments, technical updates, and controlled unit operations in production.
- Ensure the RUN and MCO of critical platforms (diagnosis, complex incident resolution, RCA).
- Contribute to reliability plans and technical debt reduction.
- Manage sensitive production operations (certificates, high availability, replication).
- Implement proactive monitoring controls and automated control scripts.
- Produce automated reporting (HTML, graphics, alerting, status emails).
- Write N3 operating procedures and document industrialization chains.
- Participate in skills transfer to internal teams.
