Product Client Solutions Architect Director - Infrastructure Platforms Experience
Leverage your deep technical knowledge to reshape how clients experience our products and help to elevate every client interaction.
As a Client Solutions Architect Director in Infrastructure Platforms Experience, you are a technical expert for a set of products. You are well-versed in the sales cycle and in designing solutions to address clients' complex problems. You are well-versed in customer needs and in designing solutions to address complex problems. As a leader on your team with advanced technical capabilities, you leverage your skills to innovate on how products are designed, enhanced, and modified, and create new ways for teams to successfully consult with customers to continuously improve their experience with the firm's products.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer experience across IP Products by applying JTBD principles, understanding what customers are trying to achieve.
- Partner with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Architects to design solutions that deliver meaningful value at every stage of the journey.
- Begin every initiative by understanding the customer's goals, context, and desired business outcomes. Use governance processes to prioritize solutions and experiences that deliver measurable impact and the greatest business value for customers.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, workshops, and discussions with designers, product, and customers to solve experience challenges.
- Drive innovation by using solution charters to design and run experiments, working iteratively and embracing rapid prototyping. Accept failure as a source of learning to quickly identify the best solutions.
- Share observations and identified pain points with GT Partners, recognizing that some issues may be best owned and solved by them. Where appropriate, invite GT Partners to co-create solutions to address customer needs and deliver meaningful value.
