About the Role

The Business Analyst / Maîtrise d'Ouvrage role at LIPTON FIT involves assisting clients in implementing projects in transformative environments with high business impact. Projects include digitalization, activity integration, regulatory compliance, and innovative solutions.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze and formalize user needs
  • Define target solutions considering technical and organizational constraints
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders (MOA, MOE, business, architects, security)
  • Work in Agile Feature teams; produce project documentation
  • Plan and execute test strategies including UAT and production support
  • Support change management and user training

Your Aptitudes & Expertise

An effective track record of minimum 5 years in Business Analysis/ MOA in the Banking and Finance sector with deep functional knowledge of areas like asset management, fund administration, post-trade, CIB operations, and regulatory matters. A solid IT banking culture with sensitivity to data and AI, and professional English communication skills are necessary.

Leadership to align diverse stakeholders, strong organizational skills to drive momentum, persistence through project challenges, and the ability to engage in meaningful dialogue with all parties.
