Senior Project Manager
INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a hybrid role in Glendale, CA.
Responsibilities
- Partner with lead Technical Project Manager to refine scope, tasks, and tracking systems.
- Organize, manage, and prioritize multiple scopes simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Summarize status into weekly reports for team leadership and external stakeholders.
- Work with teams to ensure their tasks are accurately reflected in tracking systems.
- Maintain attention to detail in tracking questions, risks, and issues; report to leadership as necessary.
- Plan and execute tests, record feedback, and incorporate it into next steps.
- Drive and support cross-functional teams, including internal studios and third-party partners, to deliver concept mockups.
- Maintain a positive project team dynamic where participants feel empowered.
- Source and manage vendor relationships, including contracting and invoicing.
- Tailor and deliver project communications, team updates, and vendor negotiations to varied audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in theme park production, media production, or mockup concept production.
- Experience managing complex multi-disciplinary projects combining creative and technology elements.
- Excellent attention to detail in chaotic/changing environments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a big-picture perspective.
- Ability to transform high-level scope/vision into actionable plans.
- Experience creating production deliverables: schedules, budgets, scope documents, presentations.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Desire for continuous improvement and a positive attitude.
