Vice President of Marketing

This is a senior marketing leadership opportunity at a pivotal stage of brand and category expansion. You will define and lead the North American marketing strategy across retail, DTC, social commerce, and digital channels. The role combines brand building, cultural relevance, commercial growth, and customer lifecycle strategy into one integrated growth engine. You’ll lead senior teams across Creative, Integrated Marketing, Social, PR, Influencer, Lifecycle, and Trade Marketing. Working closely with global and regional leadership, you’ll shape how a globally recognized consumer brand connects with families across the U.S. You’ll have significant influence over investment, channel strategy, campaigns, and customer engagement. This is an opportunity for a bold, hands-on marketing executive to build brand fandom while delivering measurable commercial results.
