Vice President, Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic people leader and trusted advisor to the President of a growing, multinational technology business. You will shape and execute a people strategy that supports growth, innovation, organizational effectiveness, and long-term business performance. Leading a global HR team of 10+ professionals, you will influence talent priorities across multiple geographies and partner closely with senior executives. The role combines strategic consulting, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and people analytics. You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to translate business priorities into scalable programs and solutions.
