UX Design Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UX Design Lead based in United States.

This role will own the end-to-end user experience of a sophisticated platform serving complex government and mission-critical environments.
You will shape the workflows, processes, and interactions that determine how users access, configure, and consume the platform.
Rather than focusing solely on visual design, you will identify friction in underlying technical and operational processes and simplify them.
Working closely with product, engineering, cybersecurity, and platform operations, you will turn complex requirements into intuitive experiences.
You will have significant influence as an early member of a small, cross-functional team shaping product direction and design standards.
The role combines strategic UX leadership with hands-on research, prototyping, workflow design, and technical collaboration.
