UI/UX Design & Research

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UI/UX Design & Research based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to shape meaningful digital products by combining user research, interaction design, and strategic problem-solving.
You will work across the full product lifecycle, from understanding user needs and defining research questions to prototyping and supporting products after launch.
The position sits within a multidisciplinary environment where designers, researchers, product specialists, and engineers collaborate closely.
You will turn qualitative and quantitative insights into intuitive experiences and actionable design solutions that address real business challenges.
Your work will help influence product decisions, improve customer experiences, and identify new opportunities for innovation.
The role also provides exposure to international users, diverse markets, and evolving digital and AI-enabled design practices.
