Sr Technical Architect- Customer facing

This is a high-impact, customer-facing architecture role focused on designing scalable, resilient, and high-performance technology solutions. You will shape complex cross-product initiatives while balancing strategic architecture with hands-on technical execution. Working across multiple engineering and product teams, you will influence technical direction and help solve some of the most challenging problems in a modern digital supply chain environment. The role offers exposure to cloud, AI/ML, IoT, microservices, and modern DevOps practices. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
