Team Lead, SEO

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Team Lead, SEO based in the United States.

The Team Lead, SEO will lead a high-value portfolio of $800K–$1M+ while managing and developing a team of 6–8 marketing professionals.
You will serve as the senior SEO and GEO advisor for clients, building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and connecting organic search strategies to measurable business outcomes.
The role combines strategic client leadership, people management, commercial growth, and innovation across SEO and generative engine optimization.
You will help evolve organic search offerings by testing emerging AI-search practices and turning successful approaches into scalable methodologies.
As a player-coach leader, you will guide teams toward exceptional delivery while remaining focused on client retention, expansion, and long-term value.
You will operate in a remote-first, data-driven agency environment where continuous learning, experimentation, transparency, and collaboration are highly valued.
